Good company and people to work with

I have been a trustee of a large business park in Parow for around 3.5 years and Residentia Trust has been our managing agents in all that time and for many years before that. We've found them to be very professional and help where they can and our current portfolio manager, Chane, is an absolute gem! I hope that she remains our portfolio manager for years to come as she has made our lives as trustees so much simpler and is quick to respond to requests and keep accurate information on what is going on in the park - as well as helping us find ways to save some money where possible.
