Wrong updates on credit bureas

I have a consolidation with Reset. I pay by persal deduction. The credit bureas are indicating that I am in arreas by 2 months with Reset. How is this possible because I am paying by persal and have never missed a payment. This is affecting my credit score. You are messing me up. I regret taking this consolidation with you. Never had this problem with Bayport
