Reset will be the death to many-pathetic customer services

oh this company will be the death of you, signed contract on the 18/02/2026 was told that payments will be made within 5-7 days up until today no creditors was paid nor any cash back received but yet they already adding interest, service fees and insurance fees to my loan account. emails don't get answered now pathetic customer services if you ask me.
