Poor customer service

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company. So I app**** for a consolidation loan and they did approve and pay although i was surprised that I never received a call, email or even an sms notifying me that my creditors have been paid. My challenge is that they have made payments on the 30th of January and until today, the 19th of February I have not received the paid up letters. As a result the same creditors that they have paid have debited my account. I need those paid up letters so that i can stop further debits and get my refund. I have call been calling them everyday since the 13th and they either promise to send the letter but never do, or I am just kept on hold for more than 5 minutes until i hang up, or the hang up my calls. I wouldn't advise anyone to get a loan with this people.
