However the process takes long, and very little communication which then leads to people to lie about how it works because it can take up to 4 weeks of anxiety. Whiles I had great service from Ivenn she would respond and swiftly too, my gratitude goes to Cherrice I think it’s settlements wage was simple the best, stayed on the phone with me while trying to get on if the creditors and assured me it was going to be okay I must calm my nerves, and said I should send my settlements to her in no time the process moved when I asked my other consultants how long it will take she just said it will take about 5-7 working days and today was actually 5th day and I got an offer and I’m leaving behind the life of being debt ridden. I’m greatful to Reset for changing my life, I cried so much because I didn’t expect it to be positive after so many declines. I am over the moon for the first time I’m truly going to say I will have a great Christmas.
