Reselleris Support is utterly unhelpful!

I have submitted multiple tickets since the 28th June 2021 and requests for help with a password reset issue. I have been given the runaround and very unhelpful replies, despite logging multiple tickets. They do not seem to be interested in helping me to sort this out, nor do they give me access to someone I can speak to for resolution. Very unhappy!
