Customer service

After placing my first order on a Friday afternoon I was sent a notification to say that my sale was processed. On Monday before 12h00 my item was delivered to my door. After opening my package, I had a few questions. I went on to the website and made use of the whatsapp number. Within a few minutes I got a response. Weary that this was merely a copy/paste reply I posed another question. It was followed quite quickly again with a response more in line with what I had asked. As for customer service, I would definitely recommend. The product also came well packaged and sealed. I am in the process of using the product and will update my review on the product once I'm done.
