Dissapointing service.
As a returning customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and unfortunately, it will be my last purchase. I ordered a peptide for hair loss, but before even opening the package I decided to proceed with a hair transplant instead, making the product unnecessary. The parcel remained completely sealed and unopened when I contacted the company to ask whether I could return it for a refund. The response was a flat refusal because the order had already been dispatched. No consideration was given to the fact that the product was unopened or that I had been a repeat customer. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service also involves a degree of common sense and goodwill. Refusing to accept the return of a sealed, unopened product from a loyal customer says a lot about how they value customer relationships. I've purchased from them before, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing from them again. If you're thinking of ordering, make absolutely sure you'll need the product, because if your circumstances change even before you've opened the parcel, you shouldn't expect any flexibility.
