TODAY's visit

hi - firstly they charge 250 to come out that's fine - they want your full details - on whatsup - given. A quote was given on-site - and the R250 isn't deducted from the quote - R900 for a pump for the washing machine and an additional R650 for the labour - the guy was here for MAX 10 min. Then I gave him the R900 and 250 - as that was all the cash I had on me - and asked for an invoice for the rest. I was sent an invoice with my first name and no address and a rude WhatsUp re this. What business is this? I shouldn't have accepted the quote - but I certainly will never use them again - what a rip-off. The technical guy seemed nice but seriously - this is so expensive!!!
