Repair Team non disclosure of a flat rate labour charge

This company (Repair Team) should be a bit more transparent on their flat rate R450 minimum labour charge - as in DISPLAY IT CLEARLY on their website!! The guys were here for 15min and bypassed a micro-switch with a 3cm electrical cable. To hide it behind "Experience & Skill saves time," does not cut it. I would love to be able to charge R450/15min of work. Not sure if brain surgeons earn that kind of rate - and this work is not brain surgery - so not great value for your money. The R450 labour charge was not disclosed upfront by the technician before he started to work on the machine. When I queried the charge with the office they were not accommodating.
