This company was requested to attend to my Defy Washing Machine for a malfunction on it's operation. Their agent Mabe was sent out. He arrived with his small toolbox with no parts. As he first had to find the fault. A little while later he informed us that the drainage motor was faulty and he had to replace it. We realised afterwards that je came with no parts, couldn't provide us with the old faulty motor. Had several excuses. The motor was inspected and found to be still the old motor. The company is reluctant to address the issue. It seems like it was only an electronic malfunction which he had reset. R885-00 for a part which was not fitted.R550 for labour and R250 for call out. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY. I am in the process of opening a ******** case, ***** was committed here.
