Poor service! Severely over charged!

We requested an engineer to come check our oven and provide a quote to fix it. R250 call out and Roy attended. Spend a few minutes turning the knobs. Made a call and quoted over R2500. Please avoid this company unless you have money to waste. R500 per knob? I mean really. This company is having a laugh. Then Roy insisted on his R250 so he could leave. Terrible service!
