Not very happy with the service

I had a faulty washing machine and as per the previous reviews the very same technician came out. Firstly pricing is super high. He informed me that the PC board is faulty. Brought the machine back in a few days only to find out that the fault was still there. he came back and then told me it could be a balancing issue but since fix the problem. Who knows if the PC board was really faulty

I give the administrator and the manager a lot of credit though. They really tried to assist however, it’s not a company that I would use ever again.
