First time experience SUCKS !

They collected our machine, gave us an ETR of 4 days. 6 days later they advised machine was fixed and they’ll deliver then later retracted to say it was a miscommunication and the they’re still busy fixing. We requested an updated ETR and were advised they will “TRY” for the following week Wednesday (I.e 2 weeks later) . Wednesday, no machine, and they’re not responding to our queries! They’ve been very swift to respond until now. We don’t know when we’ll get it back & having serious doubts on the quality of the repairs - if the current experience is anything to go by. Already regretting using this company!
