Faulty technician

I must say what shoddy service, I sent a request regarding washing machine repair, I was told R250 call out fee which I was happy to pay, so we set a date for technician to come in on a Saturday. On Saturday I sent message as to what time technician will be at my place, they did not have the manners to return my message. The technician calls asks me what the problem is, I explain the problem. He said it's going to cost to much to repair but I can purchase a machine from him, but I must not tell the office. What a joke. All that was wrong with the machine was the water outlet pipe was blocked. How many others has this technician **********. Absolutely shocking
