Do not recommend repair team

I contacted them on the 13th of March 2026, took a week to repair the defy (7kg/4kg dry) washing machine from Suspension or Shock Absorber Failure. The machine was returned with the dryer is not working-literary the clothes were not heating and drying anymore. I phoned them back- and Ron and Terence (Durban) were very rude and unhelpful. 2 months later the machine had the same problem which I had initially contacted them for. I had to go buy a new machine after spacing close to R4000 for fixing with Repair Team.

I don’t not recommend at all.. The are a bunch of ****s, they kept saying if anything let us know and will come back to fix but that is not the case.
