Don’t use Repair on call!!

Repair on call should never be used. Their client service is very bad. They accept no responsibility for the poor work their workers do. When you complain about the poor workmanship you are ignored.

Neither the owner Juan nor the manager Simone make an effort to call me and sort out the problem. You have to ask them every now and then what is going to be done, then they say they are working on a solution but nothing happens and no one calls back. When I ask to speak to Juan or Simone they say neither of them are available.

Do not use ROC. Their workmanship is poor and they ignore you if there are problems with the work they have done. I would never recommend them.
