Zero communication and Generic responses. My order has not been delivered as they promised

If i could give a negative rating on the stars, I would. You guys told me my phone would be delivered today and that has not happened. I spent the whole day waiting for one of your drivers to deliver my package since you decided not to send it via courier. My whole day has been wasted cause i waited for someone that has not shown up. You guys are the worst service provider.
