WORST SUBSCRIPTION COMPANY EVER

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Rentoza.

I have been waiting for my refund for an unreasonable amount of time, with no resolution in sight. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to follow up via WhatsApp, I have received little to no response.

What’s even more frustrating is that their contact number redirects to an AI system, which then sends you back to WhatsApp — the same platform where messages go unanswered. This creates a loop with no actual customer support.

To make matters worse, the pricing of their second-hand products is excessive, yet when it comes to customers owing them money, they are quick to act — even suspending services if a payment is late by just one day. However, when the situation is reversed and they owe you money, getting assistance or any form of response is incredibly difficult.

It should not be this hard to receive support or to be refunded money that is rightfully yours. I will be attaching screenshots as proof of the lack of response and poor service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
