WORST SERVICE / UNTRUST WORTHY

I have purchased 4 devices from them! The first year I paid and bought 2 of the phones and received my ownership certificate for both the devices! I had for the first time an insurance claim on my iphone 11, at the time of contract the excess was R750.00, now they are invoicing me R4000 for excess. The device is gone! and I stopped paying it because no one reverts or clarifies anything! I have a Samsung A34, which is on a separate contract they blocked my Samsung and is coming to fetch it because we could reach an agreement on the other contract (Iphone). And blocked my device I had purchased 2 years ago already too!! So please be careful read your terms and conditions and there is no service they block your phone the same day its due, you cant use your banking app nothing! I am soooo upset I cannot believe this!! Loosing my work because they are fetching my phone on a contract I have fulfilled my terms and conditions! No matter if you buy the device it always remains theirs! But they wont refund you!!!!
