Worst service ever ([Rentoza] Re: VERIFY Your Rentoza Order: #155558/Mathapelo/Princess)

I wanted to Purch**** a washing machine, went through all their process and ended being declined, remind you they debit our money before checking if we do qualify for their products. I was declined and no reason was provided. I was promised a refund between 3 to 5 days. I'm now on my almost 6 days but still waiting. I reached out on whatsapp only to be told that they are experiencing a problem with a refund system, but the debit works prefectly fine.

I want my money back please
