Worst service ever, do not use them, stay away!!!

I placed an order with them, i cancelled it and i have never received my refund, it's been over 2 months and i have sent 6 emails, they are saying their refund system is not working hence the delay, to my surprise my refund tickets were closes, i want my refund please, i have emailed you guys over 6 times
