Worst service ever

Rentoza’s service is probably the worst I’ve ever received from any business. I have a few subscriptions which I’ve been paying fine for the last year and all of them are up to date. Today I received a surprising email from someone by the name of Roche Goodman. According to the email, I have unpaid subscriptions and are threatening to cancel all my subscriptions and charge me for theft. Even though this was shocking because I pay my subscriptions every month without issues and are up to date, I did not have the energy to reply to the ridiculous email. It worries me in terms of their credibility if they can make such a mistake. What is more annoying is the baseless threats over something that’s not true. I wonder if I can sue for wrong allegations and baseless threats. If they don’t fix their terrible customer service, they are not going to last in business. I appreciated their service but at this point I’m advising my friends and family against using Rentoza. I’m shocked that in-this day and age there are still companies who don’t realise that exceptional customer service is what sets you apart in business and gives you longevity.
