Worst service, Don now support them
I ordered from rentoza over 2 months ago. I ordered two items. The took my money and they keep saying that they have no stock and they don't have a ETA. They don't respond to emails and they just brush you off. Worst company. Do not order from them. They are unprofessional. It's time to report them. They continue to state that the supplier is out of stock yet refuse to replace you with an an alternative item while you wait. They have ruined a surprise gift

17 Nov 2025, 14:38This company is advertising for products that they do not have. So they are false advertising taking your money and not giving you the items you have orded. They then wait for another persons term to be up refurbish the old item and give it you as a new item. It's probably why they keep saying they have no stock. I think it's time we take them to the CPA because what even is this? Numerous emails sent to them and they respond with the same system generated email
