WORST SERVICE! BAD COMMUNICATION FROM SHADI!

This was just the worst thing I have ever done. I decided to get my boy an xbox for his birthday. After speaking with Shadi numerous times on whatsapp an email she insured my xbox will delivered on time. This is after I paid, after I verifed all my details. Shadi decided to come back on boys birthday and respond with a link a say oops please verify your ID again. If I did not follow up I never would have received anything. Now i am currently waiting for my refund for Shadi decided it is okay to ignore me for 3 three days after I following up every morning. Only when I mentioned i will be taking this further then i got feedback! They were able to take my money on the spot but the refund taking over a week??
