Worst service and they never deliver

Worst service ever, I placed and order on the 20 December 2024, and my order was successfully verified and approved on the 27th of December 2024. Today is the 9th of February 2025 yet my order is not ready for dispatch and when I email they keep on saying that they don't have an ETA on when my order will be ready for dispatch.

Terrible service with no communication unless you start sending endless emails.
