WORST SERVICE

Good Day,

I placed an order on the 3rd of January , subscription went off my bank account, Its now the 3rd of February and still have not received my order. i keep getting apologies and now further communication about my order. Why advertise items if you don't have stock and yet a customer has to make regular monthly payments and if you don't then you are harassed yet when the fault is on Rentoza side we must accept apologies. I was first told my order will be delivered after 10 to 15 days. Now i must wait another 10 days. WORST SERVICE EVER
