Worst service

I purchased an iPhone 13 everything was approved, and they told me my delivery would take 21 business days. I'm being told the phone is no longer available no alternative plan whatsoever, just being ignored on all my responses. Tomorrow, I will be going to your offices as it's very frustrating to have done everything accordingly but receive 0 good customer service!!!!!!!! I will also be taking this to the ombudsman Order #236034
