Worst of the worst!

I signed up for a product on Saturday the 24th of January. I have to admit that I made a small error with one of my documents that I added for verification. And now the fun begins... Ever since Saturday I have sent over 200 messages over whatsapp, emails as well as online chat with absolutely no response! They havent even started to work on my application, and yet monies were deducted from my account. If this is the level of service that you guys give the heavens only know Rentoza is still in business.
