Worst experience with Rentoza

I placed an order almost 3 weeks back. I paid and was verified a day later. I have since been waiting for my fridge to be delivered. Customer support agents don’t exist. They called on Friday saying they will deliver on Saturday. I waited the whole weekend and nothing. Today is Tuesday and my query has still not been responded to nor has my fridge been delivered. Their customer care is forever offline, maybe it’s because they don’t care about customers at all.
