Worst experience ive ever had with an online company.

I'm having the absolutely worst experience ever with this company, its been 5 months since i placed an order, the order to more than 3 months to be delivered. I finally received the device i ordered on the 5 of February, it is locked and i havent been able to even get into the phone to do anything, ive sent numerous emails, ive got onto there WhatsApp chat numerous times with no avail. Its almost a month since i received the device and im still waiting for the device to be unlocked. I feel like a fool for being so patient and even trusting this company, it's RENTOZA after all. Reviews were proud and boastful. But its not the boastful experience ive received.please if this could get to higher management, please someone respond to my queries
