Worst Experience & Awful Client Service

Last in April i took a Device from Rentoza and paid each installment on time never had any issues this yeah in April i requested for the Buyout Price and paid it in full but what followed was an awful client experience i asked about the Remote Monitoring that shows on the device that i now own this device why do i have still have this and they advised it has been removed remotely sent an email back and advised that it was still showing and was told i will need to bring back the phone so that they can do i asked them what's your SLA they told me it was dependent on me i booked for the device to be collected and never received any confirmation that the device was received until i had to send an email and was told they have the device and will get back to me days went by and i had to send another follow up email and was sent an email to fill out a claim form and i asked why am i filling in a claim form when the phone was supposed to have been booked in for Remote Monitoring Removal i was told the devise had a screen damage and that's the process i filled it in and a day later i was told the device has been paid out and is no longer covered i advised that i did ask the same thing before they made me sign that document and the communicate went silent and i had to send a follow up email and they responded with an option if i am willing to pay the Rentoza protect fee so that my device may be fully restored i agreed to that and a week later i had to ask on the status of the device and i was told that they wont be able to do the repair the Agent who told me the information gave me misinformation i have requested for a phone call from a Manager i am always told i will be called back its more than 5 times i have been given empty promises to date and no one has communicated when my device will be brought back and the amount of times i have been sent from Pillar to Post none wants to take accountability of the stress that has been caused and the inconvenience
