Worst Ever - Don't buy from them, STAY CLEAR!!!

The service is appalling. I am still awaiting for my order to be delivered. Rentoza phones me a Monday and asks if I am available for delivery on the Wednesday - no delivery has happened.

I follow up over email numerous times as "you cant phone these people" to find out where my delivery is and all they can say is "The Courier will phone you 1 hour before delivery". Like I mentioned to these people, My delivery was scheduled on the Wednesday an no one has phoned me and it is now Thursday! I am furious with these people.

They very fast to take your money but when it comes to customer service, shocking! Nothing stops me from reversing and stopping your debit off my account Rentoza. I don't even have my product yet!
