Worst ever

I ordered an item a week ago today. So far I have not had any correspondence regarding my delivery and when I asked for help on the live chat, they just kept sending me emails stating they having delays. I asked for my item to be delivered asap cause we pay foe these things. It's not a free service yet they could care less. I was very skeptical to go with them bit figured I give them a chance just for them to prove my point that I shouldn't have used their services. I now want a full refund cause I could have used that money for something better but still not getting any responses
