WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISING AND ****MERS

These people will advertise products they don’t have and will take your money with no issue and will not deliver the product but still keep your money. I have been trying to get them to refund me for over a month and they keep telling me that they processed the refund over a month ago when they are lying! They told me that Their refund system currently has an issue but there was no problem when they took my money! They are horrible at communication, they will ignore you or worse keep sending your the same automated message all the time you email them. You can’t call them, you can only communicate with them by email or WhatsApp which they take hours or days to reply. Their policy says the refunds are processed between 6-12 working days and it has been over a month and they still haven’t paid me my money! I have sent them my bank statement to show them that I did not get any refund from them and they keep on sending me the same email saying the refund was processed.
