Worst customer service

My application was approved last week on the 03/04/2025, they said the delivery time after the approval takes 14 working days, how it now now taking 45 business days, who will be paying if I have not received my stuff. This is insane, are they coming from China or what? So the estimated delivery date is the 10/06/2025 according to them
