Worst Customer Service Experience

I have been struggling to get an order from this company for 2 and a half months. I paid middle of Jan. We are now half way through March and I have nothing. The items I order are essentials (fridge and microwave). They have not called me once and have only rep**** to my emails with the same thing. “We will let you know”. The same song being sung for months. Some of my emails aren’t responded to and I still have no idea where my order is or when/if it will arrive. Worst Customer Service experience to date.
