worst customer service ever

Wil not recommend them at all they time their time to deliver they dont inform their clients parcel will be delayed you have to phone and follow up, i wanted to collect my parcel self after we agreed i would fetch my parcel self instead of being delayed more randomly the courier rocks up and take my parcel which will be delayed again. They dont wait when it comes to their payment
