worst customer service ever

So on the 14th of February I app**** for cellphone plan they took R880 from my account immediately.To this day I'm still waiting for the cellphones .After sendingm emails back and forth they finally responded stating they don't have the cellphones we wanted in stock .Gave us options which we made a choice and changed .They promised delivery would be the 20th.Still waiting for delivery.Now I'm checking their website it says I've got an active subscription and yet I haven't received the devices.Tried calling the assigned consultant no response.Sent numerous emails again no response.Regrets regrets . Poor customer service .I just want my money back they can keep their phones
