Worst customer service and NO delivery. Please guy's before paying make sure what you doing!!!!!

I pay and verified my order on 15.11.2025, i received an email saying i will get my order on 22.01.2026. I accepted the wait but now i am still waiting! How long more must we wait for our deliveries! If my order is not delivered in the next week i will be coming to Sandton to your office and i want my refund you *******!!!! How does law allow a company like this to still be in operation, there is no answer on any platform whatsoever from Rentoza. my order is 232910
