Worst customer service and even more terrible procedures

Rentoza refuses to refund me for over deduction on my account. I signed an agreement that states my subscription ends in December 2023 - it's 7 months later they are still debiting my account - and still demand for me to pay a buy-out fee, I request for this to happen and no one responds - what upsets me more is that I queried about this buy out fee in October 2023 already but yet they still continue to debit
