Worst customer service and ****

4 days ago New I just placed an order today, the 28/03/2025, I received an email that I need to load my ID details I tried several times with no luck, there was this lady by the name of Mpho Mahlatsi she called me last month as I have left items on the cart, she wanted to find out when will I process payment, I said I will see and she sent me a WhatsApp that when I’m ready I must WhatsApp her, I’m not sure if she get paid commission cause she sounded desperate, so today as I was ready to process payment, I WhatsApp her she takes time to reply, she is not competent, I was expecting her to jump through and assist but today its a different story, now I have paid struggling to load my documents no one is assisting, I have attached the pictures or the error that state that someone will contact me to assist, not a very patient person, that was around 12 it’s now 15:00 no one has contacted me , their number does not work so basically I don’t know whether it’s a **** or what, if you can’t assist then please refund me cause even the Mpho girl since I told her I have loaded the payment she just read my message and not say anything. This is a really problem if you don’t value your customers or lack of communication, now it’s the 01/04/2025 still no solution. Money gone that Tim my item was on cart I kept receiving call asking when am I ready to make payment. Now that I have made payment, no feedback
