Worst customer service

Rentoza comes across as an **** , I appalled by their customer service . It's an struggle too get your item honestly , agents just don't care instead they just copy cut and paste responses . I sent rentoza about 50 emails it took 2 weeks for me too get verified got my device yesterday only . It got too the the extent whereby I kind of had anxiety because they don't even have a customer care number for customers too log queries if they are unable too get a hold of them via email , it's like there's no structure . I just hope I won't have problems during my subscription I've had enough now honestly it was too much it's not fair towards customers .
