Worst Customer Service

This has definitely has to be the worst business in SA. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. The level of unprofessionalism is the highest I have ever seen. I do not even think their stuff is trained well on principles of customer service.

If you can, go straight to Teljoy to avoid dealing with this level of poor service.
