Worst Customer Service

Till today I await my order why take money for cellphones that are out of stock on the 28th of January 2025 was told delivery date it's the 21/02/2025 and nothing .Communication is bad and WhatsApp no longer responds instead send an email with the chats'. You have to prob for communication . I was sent an email settings for a device I don't have.
