Worst customer experience ever

Customer service the worst ... I ordered my second phone . Paid for the subscription and now I'm waiting. No communication from the company no nothing . I called. I smsed . I sent emails .I sent WhatsApp messages . I desperately want to change my shipping address .. u text them today they text you "hello" the following day . Please bring back my money
