Worst Customer Care Service ever, they make emty promises and then ignor you.

Pathetic customer care. I sent them 3 emails re my device that was ******, my other device that was blocked and cancelling my subscriptions, all were ignored. I then complained on Facebook, they responded, after much back and forth, Samantha finally called me and after explaining everything again, she got back to me and promised that my device would be unblocked and their logistics dept will contact me re returning my device. Nothing happened, and they are now just ignoring me again and not replying to any of my mails. Pathetic.
