Worst company to deal with!

If there was a negative 5 scores id give them. these people are pathetic when it comes to basic cusomer service. I ordered a laptop on the 24th Jan and they took their money and approved me. Delivery was expected within 14 working days. Although i wasnt happy with the long wait, i waited nevertheless only to be told the item was out of stock and they are busy following up with theit supplier. No one gives you any feedback unless you ask which is number 1 a red flag. Also, they cant answer why they even advertised an item thats out of stock to begin with- i mean how dumb is this?? Now i asked for a refund and no one is coming back to me. I see the order has since changed to declined, this should be an automatic refund! I want my money back. This is now theft from this company. Its a pitty i still have a phone that im renting through them, i would have cancelled everything. Im even taking a chance writing on here because they dont bother respon**** even on tiktok. I even got hold of their ceos email address, not sure if it works or if he also just ignores his customers. This company is the worst! Yerrr i want my money for the laptop finish n klaar.
