Worst company in SA at every level

If only there was a rating less than 1 then I would give it cos the 1 rating is a major achievement for them. I can’t go thru all the different issues I’ve had with this company at every single level. Right now I paid my last subscription last month and emailed them twice to release the phone and give me ownership of the phone. Not a single reply. But if your payment is one day overdue they threaten you with calls from their rude agents that keep repeating that they will blacklist you. There is no number to call to resolve issues, the email address given is attended by someone that picks and chooses what they want to reply to. I really have no idea how this company has lasted so long. So happy I have ended my subscription with them….if only they can release me!!! I don’t owe them anything!
