WORSE SERVICE EVER

Hi,

So I place an order for a fridge. No one updates you on the progress of your order. Ive been speaking to someone directly sitting in their offices because no one responds to email not that Mothusi Kamanga was any help in speeding up this process. When you have a company like that where critical services are required, I think it needs to be more faster. I suggest that you do not use this company. Looking for something that is a matter of urgency, i would suggest you get it from Takealot, although the price is higher you might as well bite the bullet and pay for an excellent service like that. This has been a total waste of time. Pathetic service and rude staff. DO NOT USE THEM

We are sorry about the delay with the fridge Shaylin. You are right these are service levels that are unacceptable and we will need to do better in the future. While some of the delays were beyond our control our communication and service levels have been sub par. please accept our humble apologies.

Hi,

Its been 8 days. no one has provided me with an update on my fridge?? Can you get someone to contact me and advise me?? I see there is collections available, can i not just collect my item? because this is becoming ridiculous now. I cant pay for something just to use it for a week and have to pay subscription again after using the device for that amount of time? I need someone to contact me now and advise me!

My profile still says unfulfilled but i have received signed documents. What is going on really?? Can someone please get back to me asap. Order placed on the 30/11/2020??

Can someone put my fridge on collection and i will collect it myself??
